Hello.

I think is a good idea to have a registry of hackers or known ids/ip who bean banned across avjeux servers.
Forum used to have this option, but dissapeared.

You're wrong dude En De Zet the Kicking Star of good players. 
This is Public hearing forums for all the AVjeux Players, and we can express ourselves here and can report any player or cry admin like you. 

Example:- whenever you come and see someone is playing good or killing you most of the time than you kick that good player. 

If u do this to me again in game than I swear I will make post regarding this with demo and with support of people I will get you demoted. 

CZ server is Love and we're the old one are backbones.

One way to hold a list of all banned players would be to setup gameme plugin in game:

this would update the gameme-banlist

another feature:

Procedure to scan a player:
1-Send player to spec -> amx_teammenu -> hit 8 (select spectator team) -> select player.
2-Ask for wargodz scan : https://www.wargods.ro/wcd/download.php
3-He must scan and paste provided link: example clean scan:
https://www.wargods.ro/wcd/report.php?id=2707466
4-example hacker scan : https://www.wargods.ro/wcd/report.php?id=2750801
5-If scan link is not provided/ disconnects : type amx_last -> get ip/ ids -> type amx_addban "IP" Time-In-Minutes "Reason"

This is even more fair than a demo, since skill can be misjudged by lesser players.
note that wargodz can be bypass and gives false detects so admin must check directly files and decide.

Server is DEATCHMATCH, staying one position all day long is camping - what You do over and over again
Good players run around the map and have good stats achived with skills wich they have.

You can be sure and other campers too, that I will kick all of thoose wich play this style
