IN GAME EVERY ADMINISTARTOR HAVE SAME FLAG. 
EVEN LEADER CANT KICK ANY OF ADMINS IN GAME. (Real Authority Always Remain outside the game)

Damien own server so ultimately he is Moderator , but he is not the only one moderator for this server.

Games Layer's are Declassified/ Domain & in Server things remain confidential.

Good point.
I don't think chiken would hand access to the domain console, i assume ssh or just giving the password to the control panel.
Even if he did, those are some dead administrators, can't even restart the when needed.

This is a fun server but an amateur server at any purposes.
