Steam client update breaks connection to FUN maps server

Steam client update breaks connection to FUN maps server
I just update my steam client to their big June update but I get this crazy error when connecting to FUN maps server only (the other AuJeux servers work fine) : "sorry, no steam p48 clients are allowed on this server" 
I don't understand why it says that since I am on steam... unless the update broke it.
I deleted the half-life dir and installed again Cs1.6 still same problems.
Did they add a new protocol, different than 48 or there is something special about FUN server config?

I had this same error, only workaround i found is connect with a non-steam account.
Server is back, anyway.

Seems now is working. I'm guessing a server restart fixed it? Maybe it started in a wrong state. but it coincided with the big steam update that people on the internet are requesting a rollback as it broke stuff for them

Hello fellow players. This error happens on occasion. I usually message Chiken and the issue is resolved. This is a server side bug, and not a problem with your Steam client. Server is online. This is a fun server with good players. I enjoy when CS n00bs enter the server. I welcome them with a knife to the head ..xD
