well it's very rare to happen yet normal to have such a thing when u rent a single server unless if u rent couple more for automatic backup similar to docker swarm or kb8 ( in case if u understand what i mean by that without going into tech details also still even if u have orcastation system if a hard drive is dead on a single server with no cloud backup still the same result  )

i understand very well what you are saying , in fact you described a complex and redundancy solution, yet in my case due to virtualization and raid array over time i was able to change few hot swappable failure HDD without downtime.    since i am new on this forum, i don't have any idea about cz servers solution or infrastructure, but i believe you and the team are doing a great job here. keep it like this!!!
