Hey Kizi, Do you know difference between trolling and Shivering abusing? Go through your profile than click on chats below right corner u will find urself abusing others. 

You didn't just shiver to people you also make remark against holy book and given religious abuses. 

If someone is using wallhack than should have just reported with steam id, or name of the player, indeed there aren't many admins but forum is PUBLIC HEARING PLATFORM FOR ALL THE PLAYERS.

You can play as you wish, but insults are not allowed.

We come here to chill and have a little fun, there's no point in harassing players for your self enjoyment.
Im not calling for perma ban on this type of situation , but maybe a mute plugin?meanwhile an x amount of time could do.
