oky new i have banned for wt it say aim?? and new i banned for no reason  it say bad folder burst ? butt i can play it re banned wt i went to say that any one can banned u for no reason like u killd him to mush ur he swer and way i have lost may vip ? can u plse answer me i have bad english srry and thx alot

I would appreciate if you could make more efforts when writting your messages, because they are very hard to read. Try to use google translate or similar services if that can help. Let me try to decrypt your message though:
So you say you were banned, the reason being aim and also bad folder burst? Do you know if an admin banned you or if it was an automatic ban? I know that we have some anti cheat detectors running on the servers, and it looks to me that it could be this anti cheat system that banned you because of the wording "bad folder burst" that players would not use. If it was a false positive detection, and we would apologize for that. Please let us know if it happens again.
The servers crashed a few weeks ago and we lost some of the last changes we made to. Please send us your steam ID and we'll make you VIP again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
