There was an in-game talk about a server for knifers, however as it seems to be a cool idea, imagine people jumping and parachuting like madman while chasing each other... on the other side...there would be less people around in the long term, plus it would divide the community on deathmatch servers.
I would like to suggest to make things a little bit more interesting and convenient.

- knife running speed + double jump parachute craziness is awesome, however we a hard time getting close, let alone successfully butchering someone.
Suggestion: increase knife damage from front attacks to either one-shot right click or 2 shot slash.

- spawning grenades while knifing. Everyone knows the pain and the unavoidable sound of humiliating defeat.
Suggestion: grenade spawn should not automatically switch to grenade while running with knife.

Obviously people and bots are shooting us, which is fine. However we can´t really duel without being shot at, denying the fun.
People will never listen even if asked to leave a spot for us crazies to butcher each other to pieces. I know that nothing can be done against it. 
Its up to players to honor each other.

- impossible amount of swearing and shit-talk. You knife someone and your mother is called for XY acts. 
Suggestion: ban shit-talkers, no question and reason needed. Its plain and simple.

Any other suggestions are more than welcome.
